Registered users are rewarded with KIND Points for every pay-it-forward transaction they complete. A pay-it-forward transaction yields 10% of the total cost of the gift paid forward, paid in KIND Points. KIND Points fluctuate in value, which is dependent on the price of our native digital currency; KIND (KND).

Just as frequent flier miles are an airline’s currency, KIND Points are Play it Forwards currency. 

Users can spend KIND Points at any place of business, which accepts our digital currency; KIND (KND) as a form of payment.

No. There are many benefits for a business to accept KIND as a form of payment, however it is totally optional.

No. Play it Forwards’ Get KIND APP automatically creates a custodial wallet for all new users, which is directly connected to their KIND Points. When users spend KIND Points, they are effectively spending our digital currency.

Yes. All users have the ability to link their crypto wallet to the Get KIND APP, and exchange KIND Points for KIND (KND). KIND (KND) is exchangeable for $USD. 

You will accept payments through your company’s POS. It is business as usual.

All pay-it-forward transactions are recorded through our app. Each of your cashiers will have separate login credentials, and will simply enter the following information for each transaction, after scanning the QR Code:

Redeemed (Y or N), Paid Forward (Y or N), PIF Member (Y or N). 

If they are a member, your cashier will either scan the members unique QR Code (on their physical or digital membership card), or enter their unique Customer ID #. After these points of data are input into the app, your cashier pushes the “Redeem” Button, and the transaction is recorded. 

Note: In the not-to-distant future pay-it-forward transactions will be integrated with each businesses POS, and won’t require merchants to use 2 systems to complete a pay-it-forward transaction. 

If your customer chooses to pay the gift forward, they will be given the token back after the transaction is recorded through our app. The customer is then encouraged to pass the gift token onto someone else. If your customer chooses not to pay the gift forward, your employees are trained to store the token in the cash register, and management will choose how to put it back in circulation.

Goods Tokens, Service Tokens, Promo Tokens, and Act Tokens. 

    1. Goods Tokens are programmed with a particular good, designed to promote a company while creating a ripple of kindness.
    2. Service Tokens are programmed with a particular service, designed to promote a company while creating a ripple of kindness.
    3. Promo Tokens are programmed with buy 1, get one offers, designed to promote a company while creating a ripple of kindness.
    4. Act Tokens are our charity tokens, designed to promote small actions for another or environment. These tokens are an important part of our token ecosystem, as it promotes kindness just to create kindness, rather than market a company’s products or services.

Token orders can arrive in as little as 7-10 days, and as much as 2-3 months. It depends on the level of customization for your tokens, and what we have in stock.

Yes. Gift Tokens have a built in expiration date of 60 Days. However, if a token is played forward at the time of redemption it’s expiration date is reset to 60 Days. 

No. You receive the amount of tokens outlined on our pricing plan. However, we replace tokens that become inactive at no additional cost. You can expect a percentage of your tokens to become inactive over time. As tokens become inactive we will replenish your supply, and replacement tokens will be shipped every two months.

A token becomes inactive when it doesn’t transact within its 60 Day expiration period.

Tokens cannot be instantly terminated, as they are similar to a coupon. Token campaigns can be terminated by a client through their app, which will prevent these tokens from going back into circulation at the time of redemption. When tokens are terminated by the company, they will remain active until the last day of their 60 Day expiration period.

Companies are limited to terminating a specific number of token campaigns per year, without incurring additional fees. This number is determined by one’s membership level. 

    1. Basic members can terminate 2 token campaigns (1 physical & 1 digital) annually, without additional fees. 
    2. Advanced members can terminate 4 token campaigns (2 physical & 2 digital) annually, without additional fees. 
    3. Pro members can terminate 6 token campaigns (3 physical & 3 digital) annually, without additional fees.

It costs $1 for every physical token within the campaign that is chosen to be terminated, and .50 for every digital token.

Our digital game pieces are often put into circulation by the spin of the game wheel within our mobile app, while our physical tokens are typically put in circulation from the business who issued them.

  1. Post digital tokens on social media sites, with inspiring messages. 
  2. Give tokens to loyal customers, especially Promo Tokens.
  3. Give tokens to employees to distribute to friends and family. 
  4. Give away physical tokens through creative game, like spinning a wheel!
  1. No. Gift tokens have been given unconditionally first from the company who started the pay it forward chain, and followed by all those who decided to keep the pay it forward chain going.
  1. The token becomes inactive at the time of redemption, when the cashier marks the token as not paid forward, through our mobile app. The token is then collected by the merchant, and more often than put back in circulation to start another pay it forward chain.
  1. It’s simple! The company admin scans the token, and chooses the option to reload it or burn it (take it out of circulation).
  1. The majority of the times tokens are burned is because the company wants to phase out a particular token campaign, often replacing it with different promo or gift offers.
  1. A token campaign is a group of tokens that circulate gifts through our pay-it-forward game, and designed to market small businesses.
  1. Rewards Program: Get 10% of the value of all pay it forward transactions, paid in KIND Points. KIND Points are redeemable at select companies, and even exchangeable for $USD. 
  2. Discount Club: Get Buy 1, Get 1 Coupons Codes from all businesses within the network. 
  3. Kindness: Our community is centered around the virtue of kindness, and offers its members experiences and interactions that feel good. 
  4. Connection: The play it forward game experience gives users an easy opportunity to start good conversation, make new friends, and feel more connected to your local community. 
  5. Impact: Our community creates positive impact by creating a ripple of positivity, while creating a stronger local economy by supporting small businesses (both for- profit and not-for-profit). 
  6. Charity: 5% of Play it Forward’s profits go towards the delivery of kindness games for local schools, while 5% is donated to Charity Water and provides clean water to communities suffering from the lack of safe drinking water.
